Prosciutto Melon Salad

As pretty as a picture, especially when served alongside with your Signature Rosé.

Kunde Recipe: Prosciutto Melon SaladIngredients:
  • 1 cantaloupe melon - peeled, cleaned and cut into 1-inch chunks
  • 1 1/2 cups small mozzarella balls - halved
  • 1/2 cup fresh basil leaves - chopped or chiffonade
  • 5 slices of prosciutto - cut into thin pieces
  • 2-3 T balsamic vinegar
Preparation:

Prepare all ingredients and toss in bowl. Drizzle with balsamic vinegar, toss again and serve immediately. Serves 4-6.

Tip: Make sure you have a very ripe but firm melon. Green harvested just doesn't make the cut.
