Ahi Poke Skewers
Lightly marinated Ahi skewers.

12 oz. Sushi-grade Ahi tuna
1/2 c. Soy sauce
1 Lime, juiced
2 T Agave syrup
1 T Sesame oil
3 Green onions, finely sliced
1/2 inch grated fresh Ginger
2 T Rice Wine vinegar
1 T Sirachi chili paste (to taste)
1 T Toasted sesame seeds (as garnish)
1. Cut Ahi Tuna in to 3/4 inch cubes. Thread 3-4 pieces on a tooth pick or bamboo skewer.
2. Combine all ingredients, but sesame seeds, in a small bowl.
3. Place skewers in a shallow baking dish, pour mixture over.
4. Refrigerate for 15 minutes, turn skewers and marinate for an additional 15 minutes. (Do not allow to marinate over 2 hours.)
