BBQ Pork Red Wine Slider

Tasty pork sliders from Park Avenue Catering.

BBQ Pork Red Wine Slider

Serves 10

2 lbs. Barbequed Pulled Pork
4 oz chopped shallots
16 oz. finely diced carrots, celery and onion
1/2 bottle of Kunde Family Estate Red Dirt Red
BBQ Porke Red Wine Slider 16 oz. reduced beef broth

Sweat shallots, carrots, celery and onion. Add Red Dirt Red, pulled pork and mix until heated through.

Sonoma Slaw:
Julienne 16oz of cabbage, 4 oz. pickled beets and 2 oz. carrots. Chop 2 oz. each of mint and scallions and add to julienne vegetables.

Slaw Dressing:
One half chipotle pepper
1 oz. honey
1 oz. apple balsamic vinegar
1 tsp. mustard
6 oz. oil
Salt and pepper
Place all ingredients into blender and mix.

Slider Assembly:
Cut slider bun in half. Add tablespoon of warmed shredded pork top with Sonoma Slaw.
