Oysters on the Half Shell with Magnolia Lane Mignonette

Oysters on the Half Shell with Magnolia Lane Mignonette Recipe created by:

Ingredients:

4 tablespoons quality red wine vinegar
4 tablespoons seasoned rice wine vinegar
1/2 shallot, peeled and finely minced
1/2 red jalapeño, seeded and finely minced
2 tablespoons Kunde Family Estate Magnolia Lane Sauvignon Blanc
Cracked pepper to taste

Preparation:
Mix well and spoon onto each half shelled oyster. Enjoy!
