Savory and Simple Wine Country Chimichurri SauceIngredients
1/2 C fresh cilantro
1/2 C fresh parsley
1 tsp. dried oregano
1 T. chopped garlic
1/3 C. olive oil
1 T. high quality red wine vinegar
1 1/2 tsp. fresh lime juice
1/4 tsp. crushed red pepper flakes
1/2 tsp. Kosher salt
Combine the cilantro, parsley, oregano, and garlic in a food processor and pulse until chopped fine. Scrape the mixture into a bowl and stir in the olive oil, vinegar, lime juice, red pepper flakes, and 1/2 tsp. salt. Season the beef with salt and pepper and grill your steaks, beef tenderloins, or tri tip roasts to desired doneness and let rest. Drizzle the steaks with this delicious sauce and serve with a hearty red wine. Bon Appetit!
