2019 Syrah, Sonoma Valley

This dark-colored beauty shows off a wonderful, deep purple hue along with decadent aromas of blueberry, boysenberry and hints of nutmeg. By mouth, the wine showcases black cherry with soft accents of butterscotch and crème brûlée. A very present acid structure offers a glimpse of the dark fruit that lingers through its many complex layers.

It was a joy to work with this vintage as Syrah is still a category in which the winemaking team can really play with flavor!
