2022 Chardonnay - C.S. Ridge Vineyard, Sonoma Valley

This vibrant beauty is a mineral driven Vineyard Designate crafted from our estate vineyards in the Sonoma Valley. Aromas of bright Granny Smith Apple and citrus with hints of cinnamon, nutmeg and baking spices are framed by rich acidity. The delightful palate showcases apple and graham cracker with a dash of bread dough.

Winemaker’s Comments: “Kunde’s physical location in the heart of Sonoma Valley offers a surprising contrast between vineyard sites. This wine is a selection from the C.S. Ridge block. The vines awaken early in the Spring and remain ahead in maturity compared to the rest of the estate Chardonnay vineyard blocks. The natural acidity is the key to the bright expression of this wine.”
