2022 Signature Rose, Sonoma Valley

Our limited bottling of Signature Rosé is beautiful in hue and flavor. This wine is deliciously enticing with aromas of white peach, strawberry and a heady floral note. Flavors of mandarin orange, strawberry and peach mingle on the palate with bright acidity on its lovely finish. 

Winemaker’s Comments: “Grenache is a limited grown variety on the Kunde Estate, but it is so good we had to make a small rosé selection. Grenache is normally low in color pigments to begin with, so it seems natural to want to make something delicate but with a fruit presence. Picking these grapes early helped to preserve the natural acidity and added phenolic texture which enhances the mouth feel. We wanted it to be refreshing, but we don’t want you to forget about that crisp flavor too fast.”
