Prosciutto Melon Salad
Serves 4-6
As pretty as a picture, especially when served alongside our Signature Rosé.
Ingredients:
- 1 cantaloupe melon - peeled, cleaned and cut into 1-inch chunks
- 1 1/2 cups small mozzarella balls - halved
- 1/2 cup fresh basil leaves - chopped or chiffonade
- 5 slices of prosciutto - cut into thin pieces
- 2-3 T balsamic vinegar
Preparation:
Prepare all ingredients and toss in bowl. Drizzle with balsamic vinegar, toss again and serve immediately.
Tip: Make sure you have a very ripe but firm melon. Green harvested just doesn't make the cut.
