Oysters on the Half Shell with Magnolia Lane Mignonette
Ingredients:
1 dozen fresh oysters – cleaned and opened
4 T red wine vinegar
4 T seasoned rice vinegar
1/2 shallot – peeled and finely minced
1/2 red jalapeño – seeded and finely minced
2 T Kunde Magnolia Lane Sauvignon Blanc
Fresh cracked pepper to taste
Sliced lemons for garnish
Preparation:
Prepare the oysters and place on a serving dish. Mix the remaining ingredients together and spoon onto each half-shelled oyster. Serve sliced lemons alongside for an additional garnish. Serves 2-3.
