Uncle Dick's Sangria

My Uncle Dick would make this delicious Sangria for all of his summer parties. This festives concoction is really delicious (and potent!) and especially fun for a backyard gathering.

Ingredients:

• 3 oranges - sliced into wedges
• 1 good sized bunch red grapes
• 1/2 pineapple - sliced
• 2 grapefruits - sliced into wedges
• 1 papaya - sliced
• 3 cups strawberries
• 2 bottles vodka - 750 ml each
• 1 bottle brandy - 750 ml
• 1 bottle light rum - 750 ml
• 1 bottle triple sec - 750 ml
• 2 bottles Kunde Syrah
• 1 bottle Kunde Cabernet Sauvignon
• 2 bottles ginger ale - 1.5 L
• 1 can frozen fruit punch - 12 oz

Preparation:

Cut and freeze the fruit days before and place in quart size freezer bags. Fill bags less than 1/2 full. Make sure that all of the liquids are pre-chilled ahead of time. Place frozen fruit first in a large glass vessel, add remaining ingredients and stir. Let the party begin! Serves a crowd.
