1 cantaloupe melon - peeled, cleaned and cut into 1-inch chunks
1 1/2 cups small mozzarella balls - halved
1/2 cup fresh basil leaves - chopped or chiffonade
5 slices of prosciutto - cut into thin pieces
2-3 T balsamic vinegar
Prepare all ingredients and toss in bowl. Drizzle with balsamic vinegar, toss again and serve immediately. Serves 4-6.
